Dear UCC Rugby Families & Friends,
On behalf of the UCC Rugby Club, I wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a successful New Year. I hope you enjoy this wonderful time with your loved ones.
A Heartfelt Thank You
I want to publicly thank everyone who makes our Club possible. In particular:
• Our Coaches and Team Managers for their dedication
• UCC Sport, UCC Arena and UCC Rugby Staff for their support
• Our Sponsors for their generous funding
Your time, effort, and financial contributions are seen and deeply appreciated.
Special recognition goes to the UCC Rugby Management team—15 people working tirelessly behind the scenes. While UCC provides excellent facilities and some funding, it's the Management Committee's efforts in raising substantial additional funds through sponsorship, events, and lunches that allow us to run multiple teams and compete in AIL Division 1.
We Need Your Help
Here's the reality: our club running costs have doubled since the pandemic and they’re substantial. We need everyone's support to keep our Club thriving.
How You Can Help:
• Know potential sponsors? Organizations interested in sponsoring the Club or individual players? Please introduce them to us.
• Attend our events – lunches, raffles, and other fundraisers
• Have ideas? Interested in organizing or volunteering for a fundraiser? We'd love to hear from you.
This is OUR Club, and it needs ALL of us to maintain it. Please don't file this request away—take action and help us continue our success.

See You in January
We're back in action on 10 January with a home AIL fixture versus Naas. Please come down to the Mardyke for the pre-match lunch and support the team!
Thank you for your continued support. Please reach out to me directly if you're able to help in any way. Warm regards,
