The UCC Sports Star Awards celebrate excellence on the field of play by UCC students for their UCC club, their province, county, and country, throughout the year. Sponsored by The River Lee Hotel in association with the Bank of Ireland outstanding athletes and coaches who have excelled in their sports over the past 18 months at UCC Club and/or Representative Level are recognised. The UCC Sports Star awards were first presented in 1983/84.
